Metro is the major form of urban transport in Europe, pouring millions of people in and out of cities everyday.

Once the doors slam shut, and the train accelerates towards the vanishing point, passengers are trapped, pressed against strangers and consumed by noise. Most of the passengers, no doubt, have paid for their rides. The few that haven’t will be nervously watching for ticket controllers.
